Shipping policy

Orders will be processed in 1 - 3 working days (excluding pre-ordered and customized items, based on processing time).

The objects will be carefully packed with the necessary anti-bending protections and for fragile creations.

  • PLEASE NOTE: if you purchase on a Friday, the order will be shipped the following Monday, due to the stop of shipping services by Poste Italiane / SDA, during the weekend.
  • Packages do not come with insurance. If you would like item insurance, please contact here before ordering, thank you.
